It's official! Following a formal ribbon cutting ceremony, the Acton Community Dog Park will be open to the public after 2 PM on Friday, June 5. Park hours are dawn to dusk. Please follow these rules for a clean and safe park.
PARKING IS LIMITED and we expect many visitors in the first several weeks. If you are unable to access the park, please return another day or time.
Acton Community Dog Park is part of a coordinated Town effort to revitalize the 348-362 Main Street parcels, the "Main Street Campus," comprised of the dog park, a senior's-oriented park, and the Acton Housing Authority's McManus Manor, a 41-unit housing development for the seniors and adults with special needs. These projects will transform these long-neglected parcels into a centerpiece linking Kelley's Corner to historic Acton Center. Learn how dog parks benefit communities.
